  • Do you provide cigars?

    Yes. We offer a variety of premium cigars and can customize selections based on your event. Custom cigar bands are also available for weddings and special occasions.

  • How many guests can the lounge accommodate?

    Our lounge comfortably accommodates small groups at a time, creating a premium and relaxing experience. Additional outdoor seating and cocktail tables can be added for larger events.

  • How long is a typical booking?

    Most events range from 2–5 hours, but we can customize packages to fit your needs.

  • Do you travel outside Long Island?

    We serve all of Long Island, both Nassua & Suffolk County. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • Is there a minimum booking requirement?

    Yes. We have minimum booking requirements based on the day, location, and event type. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Can you create custom cigar bands?

    Absolutely. Personalized cigar bands are popular for weddings, corporate branding, milestone birthdays, and special events.

  • Is the lounge heated and air conditioned?

    Yes. Our mobile lounge is fully climate controlled with both air conditioning and heat, allowing guests to enjoy the experience year-round.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

  • What happens if I need to reschedule?

    We understand plans change. Depending on availability, your deposit may be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is provided.

  • Do you offer corporate event packages?

    Yes. We specialize in client appreciation events, networking events, executive retreats, grand openings, and company celebrations. We can customize packages to fit your company's needs and budget.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 1–3 months in advance. Popular dates, especially during wedding season and the holidays, fill quickly.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. MAC Mobile Cigar Lounge is fully insured for private and corporate events.
